Becky Puck, 61, of Manning, died Monday, Jan. 20, 2014, at Manning Regional Healthcare Center in Manning.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, at Zion Lutheran Church in Manning with the Rev. Jonathan Conner, officiating.

Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday. The organist will be Carlys Stribe, and congregational hymns are "On Eagle's Wings" and "How Great Thou Art."

Honorary casket bearers will be Becky's grandchildren.

Johnson and Woodhouse Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Rebecca Violet, daughter of John and Marilyn (Lux) Bennett, was born March 12, 1952, at St. Anthony Hospital in Carroll, Iowa. She grew up in Carroll and graduated from Kuemper High School in 1970. Becky then worked at Jung's Bakery.

On May 20, 1972, Becky married Garry Puck at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Carroll. Three children were born to this couple. The family first made their home in Carroll before moving to an acreage near Templeton. In 1991, they moved into Manning. Becky worked for GE in Carroll and at Wells and Burcliff in Manning. She most recently worked at Pella Corp. in Carroll.

Becky was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Manning. She enjoyed reading, crocheting and watching her grandchildren. Becky also enjoyed following the Iowa State Cyclones and tailgaiting at their football and basketball games.

In 2010, Becky was diagnosed with cancer.

Becky is survived by her husband of 41 years, Garry Puck of Manning; three children: Brenda Olberding and husband Jered of Carroll; Todd Puck and wife Julie of Bennington, Neb.; and Sara Goldsberry and husband Jason of Pleasant Hill; nine grandchildren: Blake and Abby Olberding; Bryce, Machaela, Colby and William Puck; Ava, Alayna and Andrew Goldsberry; her mother Marilyn Bennett of Carroll; a sister Michelle Davidson and husband Bruce of Carroll; a brother Michael Bennett of Carroll; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father John Bennett.
