Eric Siemer, 53, died Tuesday, July 3, 2012, at his home in McAlister, Okla.

Grave site services will be held at the Carroll City Cemetery at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 21. All friends and family are welcome.

There will be a celebration of life to remember Eric at Kerp’s Bar and Grill immediately after the service.

He was born March 2, 1959, in Carroll to Allen and Jacqueline (Tucker) Siemer.

Eric grew up in Iowa, graduating from Carroll High School in 1977. Eric lived in Carroll until 2002 when he moved to McAlister to be closer to his children.

Eric made his living as a mason and bricklayer.

Survivors include his daughter Erica (Brian) Richardson of McAlister; son Adam and friend Tavia Stasny, of McAlister; brother Marc (Sherrie) Siemer, of Kansas; sisters Gayle (Randy) Holmes, of Tennessee, and Sheryl Douglas, of Tennessee; father Allen (Karen) Siemer of Yuma, Ariz.; grandchildren Jake Lewis, Allen Richardson and Emily Elizabeth Richardson, all of McAlister; special friends Susan and Dean Marcuso, of McAlister; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother; grandparents Ila Farrell and Ray Siemer; aunt Linda Jacobs; and uncle Tony Farrell.
