Born on May 14, 2013, in Carroll, Iowa, he was a son of Josh and Kyla (Culbertson) Sporrer. Kadyn had just completed kindergarten at Fairview Elementary and was in Mrs. Schon’s class. It was said that he was a genuine friend who was a role model to the classroom by showing kindness to all. Kadyn’s mischievous grin and energetic personality was contagious. Kadyn showed true zeal when it came to be his siblings’ biggest fan for their sports, playing his heart out for his own team, spending time at the fire station where his father volunteers, and loving his family. Kadyn was always on the go and ready for the next adventure, but still took time to slow down and cuddle with his favorite people and animals. Kadyn’s eagerness to know Jesus resulted in him being the youngest recipient to receive the Top Achiever Award through Awana with Central Church in Carroll. We can all learn from Kadyn that life is a game, play it; life is a challenge, meet it; life is an opportunity, capture it.

Kadyn is survived by his parents, Josh and Kyla Sporrer of Carroll; brother Jordan (15) and sister Jersey (11), both of Carroll; maternal grandmother, Linda Culbertson of Bayard; paternal grandparents, Karen Blum (Mike) of Halbur; paternal great-grandparents, Harold and Rita Sporrer of Manning; godparents, Nick Fraser and Rebecca Sporrer; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Kadyn was preceded in death by his grandpa Steve Rose; great-grandparents Glenn and Joan Allen; and great-aunt Eileen Sporrer.
