Wanda Lee Brown Heuton, 61, of Glidden, died Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2012, at her residence.

Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 28, at Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Glidden with Pastor Rick Hamilton officiating.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service. Online condolences may be left at www.dahnandwoodhouse.com

Born Oct. 7, 1951, in New Albany, Ind., she was a daughter of Chester and Melba (Upton) Raymond. She grew up in California and graduated from high school in Long Beach, Calif.  She married Norman Heuton on Sept. 27, 2010.  Wanda Lee had worked for Carroll Health Center Nursing Home and Super 8 East in Carroll. Wanda enjoyed camping, sewing, knitting, her dogs Duke and Willey, and spending time with her family.

Surviving are her husband Norman Heuton of Glidden; a son Chris Brown of Sacramento, Calif.; a stepson Bill Heuton of Glidden; four grandchildren; and a sister Diana Cook of Sacramento, Calif.  

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters: Juanita Stroud – Kyle and Suzana Raymond; and two brothers: John Lambert and Steven Raymond.
