On July 21, 2018 Danielle Brott and Scott Stork of Breda will be married in Trinity Church at Manning Hausbaun Heritage Park.

Danielle is from Meadville, Missouri and is the daughter of Kathy Paris and the late Bob Paris of Meadville. She works in the accounting department at American Home Shield and at the Breda Golf Course. She is working to complete her associate’s degree in business and financial administration at Des Moines Area Community College in Carroll.

Scott is a 2009 graduate of Carroll High School and is the son of Lori and Kevin Stork of Breda. Scott is employed by Farner-Bocken, Carroll County EMS and Bomgaars. He is also a volunteer firefighter/EMT in Breda.

Danielle and Scott will tie the knot inside Trinity Church. The grand, white church is over a century old and boasts a tall steeple and a long aisle. The couple will recite traditional vows during a short and sweet ceremony.

Danielle plans to add touches of varying shades of blue, gray and silver to the ceremony and reception décor. A reception will follow at Breda American Legion.

The couple met in Carroll and were engaged in November of 2016. They decided to get married for many reasons. “Scott always tries to take care of everyone before himself. He helps me be a better me. He is there for me through the good and the bad,” explained Danielle.

Scott’s feelings are mutual. “Danielle understands who I am. She has me figured out and gets me through every day,” he said.

Danielle and Scott are planning to incorporate as many family and friends as possible in their big day. Since her father, Bob Paris, passed away in 2016, she has asked her younger brother, Kyle Paris to walk her down the aisle. She is also hoping to persuade Kyle to dance to a special song in memory of their father at the wedding reception. Danielle and Scott will be sure to include their young son, Emmett in their wedding ceremony and reception as well.

There is one goal for Danielle and Scott’s wedding day. “We would like our family to relax and enjoy this huge day in our lives with us. We want to make it as fun and memorable as possible with our friends and family,” said Danielle.

The future is bright for Danielle and Scott. Instead of a honeymoon after the wedding, they are working hard to save money for home remodeling. “We bought our first house together and it is one that we can change together,” said Scott. They hope to take a honeymoon in the future.

Currently they are a family of three, but would like to add more. “I see us having more kids together and remodeling and making our house into what we want it to be in the future,” said Danielle.

Together our dreams and goals are endless,” added Scott.
