The Carroll City Council will hold a public hearing for a budget amendment during its Monday meeting.

The amendment includes a variety of changes, including parks, tree and Carroll Recreation Center projects, donations to the police department’s K-9 fund and more.

The items included on the budget amendment are routine, City Manager Mike Pogge-Weaver said.

The council also will discuss an adjustment in the U.S. Highway 30 and Grant Road intersection project and several vehicle purchases for the city.
