4:45 a.m. — Received a 911 hang up in the 500 block of 18th Place. Accidental dial. 

6:24 a.m. — Motor vehicle crash at 18th and West Street. A 2012 Chrysler 200 driven by Andrew Baldozier, 26 of Carroll, was eastbound on West 18th Street and was unable to stop at the stop sign on 18th Street due to road conditions, striking the stop sign. Minor damage occurred to the Baldozier vehicle and stop sign. Baldozier was cited for failure to maintain control. 

7:03 a.m. — Welfare check in the 700 block of U.S. Highway 30 West. 

7:33 a.m. — Commercial burglar alarm in the 500 block of U.S. Highway 30 West. False alarm. 

7:58 a.m. — Driving complaint in the 400 block of East Sixth Street. 

8:09 a.m. — Assisted with a truancy issue in the 1300 block of North West Street. 

9:04 a.m. — Parking complaint in the 100 block of East Seventh Street. 

9:32 a.m. — Parking complaint in the 200 block of East Fifth Street. 

10:44 a.m. — Motorist assist at U.S. Highway 30 and Grant Road. 

11:57 a.m. — Report of theft of service in Graham Park. 

12:04 p.m. — Report of a theft in the 200 block of East 10th Street. 

1:12 p.m. — Welfare check in the 1000 block of North Clark Street. 

2:03 p.m. — Assisted with a mental health call in the 900 block of North Court Street. 

2:19 p.m. — Welfare check in the 500 block of North Court Street. 

2:22 p.m. — Driving complaint at 10th and Court streets. 

6:24 p.m. — Report of a runaway juvenile in the 300 block of North Crawford Street. Subject located. 

6:57 p.m. — Driving complaint in the 600 block of U.S. Highway 30 West. 

8:29 p.m. — Report of a suspicious vehicle at 14th Street and Quint Avenue. 

9:02 p.m. — Assisted with a medical call at 11th and Main streets. 

9:48 p.m. — Assisted with a motor vehicle crash at U.S. Highway 30 and Jade Avenue. 

10:01 p.m. — Assisted with a family issue in the 500 block of West Seventh Street. 

10:10 p.m. — Deamontae Hunter, 22, of Lockport, Illinois, was arrested for an Illinois warrant for parole violation in the 500 block of East 18th Street.
