8:43 a.m. — Welfare check in the 300 block of South Clark Street. 

8:45 a.m. — Report of an abandon vehicle in the 500 block of East Sixth Street. 

9:05 a.m. — Report of a disturbance in the 800 block of West Eighth Street. 

10:24 a.m. — Assisted with a medical call in the 400 block of East Valley Drive. 

11:22 a.m. — Retrieved found property at 12th and Carroll Street. 

1:43 p.m. — Report of harassment in the 100 block of East Fifth Street. 

1:50 p.m. — Driving complaint in the 200 block of North Court Street led to the arrest of Christine Ellis, 44, of Carroll, for driving with a suspended license. 

2:27 p.m. — Assisted with a medical call in the 300 block of North Whitney Street. 

3:54 p.m. — Welfare check at Main Street and Todd Terrace. 

4:03 p.m. — Commercial fire alarm in the 1200 block of East 18th Street. False alarm. 

4:22 p.m. — Parking complaint in the 200 block of East 10th Street. 

4:49 p.m. — Motor vehicle crash at East 30th Street and Grant Road. Carroll County Sheriff assisted and handled report. 

6:28 p.m. — Report of a disturbance in the 200 block of East 10th Street. 

10:37 p.m. — Bradley Meeves, 22, of Manilla, was arrested for supplying alcohol to an underage subject and contributing to delinquency of a minor. These charges are from an incident on Jan. 22 in which Meeves purchased alcohol for underage individuals and consumed alcohol with those individuals at a hotel room at the Carrollton Inn. 

11:52 p.m. — Report of a suspicious person in the 800 block of West Eighth Street.
