Carroll Police call log July 25, 2020

12:12 a.m. — Received multiple 911 call from Graham Park harassing the communications center. Cody Lepur, 22, of Schleswig, was arrested for public intoxication and false report 911 call. Zachary Crawford, 22, of Carroll, was also charged with public intoxication. Lepur’s blood-alcohol concentration was .129 percent while Crawford’s was .182 percent.

10:45 a.m. — Funeral escort from St. Lawrence Church to the city cemetery. 

1:20 p.m. — Funeral escort from Dahn & Woodhouse Funeral Home to city cemetery. 

1:49 p.m. — Welfare check in the 500 block of North Court Street. 

3:10 p.m. — Welfare check in the 2000 block of Kittyhawk Avenue. 

3:56 p.m. — Report of a theft from a vehicle in the 2000 block of Kittyhawk Avenue. Selena Polendo, 22, of Rockwell City, was arrested for theft after stealing property from a vehicle she entered without permission. 

5:50 p.m. — Animal complaint in the 500 block of U.S. Highway 30 East. 

7:36 p.m. — Welfare check in the 200 block of West Bluff Street. 

8:08 p.m. — Report of a disturbance in the 1100 block of North Clark Street. 

8:46 p.m. — Report of an intoxicated subject in the 500 block of North Clark Street. Douglas Harms, 54, of Carroll, was arrested for public intoxication.

10:48 p.m. — Report of a disturbance in the 1100 block of North Carroll Street. 

11:02 p.m. — Driving complaint at Seventh and Clark streets. 

11:12 p.m. — Driving complaint in the 100 block of South Maple Street.
