6:12 a.m. — Assist an outside agency in the 600 block of E 18th St. Geovanni Flood, 25, of Carroll, was arrested in the 600 block of E 18th Street on an Illinois warrant for failure to appear, original charge unlawful use of a weapon. The arrest occurred after a search warrant was conducted at Flood’s residence by the ATF with assistance from the Carroll PD. Flood is being held in the Carroll County jail on a no bond warrant from the state of Illinois awaiting extradition.
