7:57 a.m. — Motor vehicle accident in the 300 block of N Clark St. A black 2014 Victory Vegas Motorcycle driven by Cade Brincks, 18 of Carroll, was southbound on Clark St. A skid loader was loading a trailer in the 300 block and was in the roadway. Brincks swerved to avoid the skid loader and laid the motorcycle on its side causing damage. Brincks sustained minor injuries.
