SHOVELER: John Halbur, a workman for Badding Contrcution Company of Carroll, was silhouette against the sky Monday afternoon as he shoveled snow from the roof of the new law office at the corner of Seventh and Clark Streets. The new building will be occupied by attorneys William Kurth, Darwin Bunger, Robert Bruner and Edward S. White.
