HONORARY DEGREES: Lt.-Gov. Arthur A. Neu (left), of Carroll, chats with the Rev. Doyle Hansen following commencement Sunday at Buena Vista College, Storm Lake. Neu, the commencement speaker, talked on the subject “As Government Grows So Grows Citizen Responsibility.” The Rev. Hansen, a 1954 Buena Vista College graduate, was the Baccalaureate speaker. Both received honorary degrees from Buena Vista College before a large audience.
