PHOTO: Middle School students sing in Honor Choir Festival

Eighteen Carroll Middle School students were chosen to perform in the Northwest Iowa Choral Directors Association Honor Choir Festival on November 1, held at Storm Lake High School. The students were directed by Ankeny choir directors, Nick Oswold and Jill Borkland. Several other schools in the Northwest Iowa district were there, and every school was allowed to bring 9 students for the treble clef choir and 9 students for the bass clef choir. They sang, Didn't My Lord Deliver Daniel, Shoshone Love Song, Dodi Li, Celestial Celebrate Music, Lunar Lullaby and Cerandiero, The finale was both choirs singing together He Never Failed Me Yet.
