Brianna Brittain

A 22-year-old Coon Rapids woman is accused of stealing more than $1,300 worth of Iowa Lottery tickets from a convenience store where she worked in late September and early October, according to court records.

Brianna Sue Brittain is charged with felony lottery fraud, which is punishable by up to five years in prison if she is convicted.

Brittain was recorded on surveillance video stealing InstaPlay and scratch tickets from Sparky’s One Stop, 402 U.S. Highway 30 East, court records show.

The tickets were valued at $1,322.

Brittain also was arrested in August after she allegedly dropped a small bag of methamphetamine at Wal-Mart, 2014 Kittyhawk Ave., at a self-checkout lane.

A surveillance recording showed the bag falling from her wallet when she retrieved cash from it, court records show.
