EXTENSION SERVICE COFFEE: The Carroll County Extension Service acquainted area club presidents and program chairmen with a new program service, "Independent Study Programs," at a coffee Wednesday morning at the Extension Office. The service, developed by the Cooperative Extension Service of Iowa State University, will provide self-use programs for groups utilizing printed background material and cassette tapes. Shown discussing the materials are Bonnie Voss, Extension Home Economist, Mrs. R. K. Cooper, representative from the FLC club, Mrs. Bernadette Gannon and Mrs. W. C. Frank, representative from St. Paul's Women's Guild.
