Bill Kunecke of Carroll, pictured with car plate No. 3 for his son, Gary, will drive the No. 1 truck and No. 4 car. Those not interested in a low license number are reminded by the treasurer's office to buy their 1971 plates before Feb. 1, to avoid paying a penalty. All new plates must be on cars by March 15.
