'THE THIRD BEST SPORT': Rehearsals are in full swing for the Carroll Community Theater's spring production of "The Third Best Sport." The play will be presented Saturday and Sunday, March 27 and 28, at the Carroll High School auditorium, under the direction of Charles Burke, with G. Arthur Minnich as co-director.
