PROJECT '70 IS LAUNCHED: Kuemper High School seniors have launched the kickoff for Project '70, a project to raise $2,000 to provide four members of the senior class with college scholarships. Letters asking support for the project will be mailed to businessmen in Carroll and surrounding communities Wednesday. The students will volunteer their services to work for businesses or private individuals during the school's Easter vacation.
