Lisa Kay (Maiden) Jensen, 52, of Templeton, Iowa, passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2020, at Manning Regional Healthcare Center in Manning, Iowa.
A private family funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 14, at Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll with the Rev. Cindy Johnson of St. John Lutheran Church in Carroll officiating. Burial will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Templeton at a later date.
A celebration of Lisa’s life will be held at a later date at The Still in Templeton when circumstances permit.

Lisa was born on Oct. 11, 1967, in Davenport, Iowa, a daughter of Paul and DeLoris (Christensen) Maiden. Her family moved to Carroll when Lisa was 10 years old, and she graduated from Carroll High School in 1986. Lisa attended LaJames College in Fort Dodge for cosmetology. She worked several jobs over the years and most recently for Halbur Enterprises and part time for the Still in Templeton. Lisa has made her home in Templeton with her companion and soulmate, Mike Walsh, for the last 16 years. Lisa enjoyed reading, going for rides in the countryside, and socializing with her many good friends.
Lisa is survived by Mike Walsh of Templeton and his children: Brant Walsh (Maria) of Shakopee, Minnesota, and Corie Walsh of Eagan, Minnesota; her siblings: Michele Perry (Steve) of Chatfield, Minnesota, Gary Maiden (Patty) of Bettendorf, Iowa, Tim Maiden (Kathy) of Buffalo, Minnesota, and Paula Moriarty (Kirk) of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa; three nieces: Kristin Perry, Emily Reinholdt (Mike) and Jensen Maiden (Tucker Grimley); four nephews: Kurt Perry (Faith) and their sons Henry and Elliot, Spencer Maiden, Cole Moriarty, and Braden Moriarty. Lisa is also survived by Mike’s siblings: Judy and Curt Lohrmann of Carroll and Dave Walsh of Templeton.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Paul and DeLoris Maiden; niece Alison Maiden; and brother Christopher in infancy.
