Randall (Randy) John Klocke, 59, of China Grove, North Carolina, and formerly of Carroll, Iowa, died on February 12, 2021.

There will be a private ceremony at the Salisbury National Cemetery on March 1, 2021. The family is planning a larger celebration of life later in the year.

Randy was a proud supporter of the wounded warriors. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Randy’s memory to: Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8516.

Randy was born April 12, 1961 to Ronnie and Jolene Klocke of Carroll, Iowa.

Randy was a loving husband, stepfather and grandfather. He served his country as an Army Ranger. He was known around his hometown in North Carolina and on the road as he escorted wide loads from state to state as “Rooster.” He was a man of God who would share the gospel anywhere he went. To know Randy was to love Randy.

Randy is survived by his wife Cynthia Klocke; stepson Robert (Andrea) Milstead; adopted son Micah Kelley; grandchildren James and Michael Milstead; parents Ronnie and Jolene Klocke; brothers Jeff (Peggy) Klocke, Terry (Lori) Klocke, Dale (Amy) Klocke; several nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.

Randy was proceeded in death by his sister Nancy Klocke.
