Despite the cold air and heavy air on Friday the Underwood Eagles went on the attack through their passing game.

East Sac stayed lower to the ground doing most of their damage through the rushing attack, but it was Underwood that flew away with a 20-0 victory.

East Sac County, despite the shutout, continued to develop their offense.

They were led offensively with 138 yards stemming off 42 rushes. Jake Paysen led the way with half the rushes for 100 yards. Quintin Ludwig added 33 yards off 13 rushes. Derek Aschinger added another five yards. Tyler Schmitt was able to gain four yards rushing.

Schmitt also completed nine of his 20 passes for 113 yards.

Catching four passes was Caleb Villhauer for 58 yards. Ludwig brought in three passes for 42 yards. Brant Strong finished with one catch for 11 yards and Paysen had a catch for one yard.

Nick Gerdes led the Raiders with nine solo tackles and six assists. Josh Wernimont finished with five tackles with two assists. Aschinger had four solo tackles with three assists.

Austin Corbin added four tackles with two assists.

The Raiders stand at 2-5 overall on the season. They return to Wall Lake this Friday when they host Missouri Valley (4-3).
